Eligibility Criteria for TS Aasara Pension Scheme

Different eligibility criteria have been established for the various beneficiary groups under the Telangana Aasara Pension Scheme for 2020.

For Old Age:

Eligibility Criteria for Telangana Aasara Pension Scheme 2020:

Age: 65 years or above
Belonging to primitive and vulnerable tribal groups
Only one pension per family, preferably for women
Eligible groups:
- Landless agriculture laborers
- Rural artisans/craftsmen
- Slum dwellers
- Informal sector workers (porters, coolies, rickshaw pullers, etc.)
- Homeless/houseless households
- Widows or terminally ill persons/disabled persons
- Persons aged 65 years or more with no assured means of subsistence or societal support.

For Widow:

Age: Above 18 years
Belonging to primitive and vulnerable tribal groups.

For Weavers:

Age: Above 50 years

Verification: Confirmation of being a registered member of the Co-Operative Society of Toddy Tappers.

For Disabled Person:
