2. KH Puttaswamy Godwa (IND)

4. N Chandrababu Naidu (TDP)
The fourth on our list is Nara Chandrababu Naidu, aka CBN. He is the leader of the opposition party (Telugu Desam Party) in United Andhra Pradesh.
